I say I like AUTUMN!!!

Woke up feeling much better this morning! Been battling off a cold and ear infection. I'm soooo excited to be feeling better, because the weather is crisp and cool. Autumn is here :) and who doesn't love the fall?

I've been on Pinterest looking at anything fall related to make me feel better, and it dawned on me . . . Yes fall colors, leaves, lattes, apples, pumpkins, boots, scarves, la de da, it's all so great . . . but what is the stem on the pumpkin? the cinnamon sprinkled on top of the latte? the lace atop the boot socks? (I'm really trying here for a fall equivalent of "icing on the cake".) . . . kittens . . .

Yes, nothing screams fall to me like kitten snuggles on a cool crisp afternoon. 

Why yes, I'm talking about you, muffin.

We got our kittens in the fall a couple years ago, so maybe that is why I associate the two. But it is purrfect really. Especially neck snuggles. Awww soft fuzzy kitten nuzzled near your ear. Sigh . . .

Seriously?!

Too bad I don't have a kitten. :( Someone hook me up! For snuggles only . . . last time I did the whole kitten and newborn thing it was a crash and burn. I'm not good at parenting both species at the same time.



Well anyway. Now that I'm feeling better I'm going to get things done! I'm not well enough to be at work today so I have the next 2 days to sew some more runners for the shop and get to work again on Libby's new bedding! Sew sew sew!! I'm feeling inspired! :) Thank God for health!

This is what Libby is up to this morning. She likes to move all her toys from one location to another. Over and over again. Very busy girl. So I'm currently surrounded by toys and books. (Yes I know I need to cut her bangs.)
She says "Cheese!"
