There is so much I need to tell you.
and I love it <3>
On the way into town we rocked out to Justin Bieber, because we love him. Then things got really exciting. Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Hair. Mine looked the best. :) After all our hairs got did I informed many people on the street that I was getting married in 3 hours. It was very exciting and a great way to expel some energy. While I was gleefully annoying people on the street I saw my old friend JP. I haven't seen him in at least a couple years . . . I think, so of course he had no idea I was getting married. I must admit . . . his surprise fueled my excitement quite a bit.
After we got home things got busy fast, and this is where it all blurs.
Highlights of prep:
My mother had a laughing/crying break down that we recorded on our camera . . . ask and you shall receive.
Art and Alice came to help set up, along with many family members. It meant a lot to have them there.
I went to the bathroom BEFORE I got into my dress. Yes, it was that memorable . . . I DIDN'T clog the toilet.
Kristen and Jess were in with me and the female wedding party members while we got ready. I was so glad they were there.
I kept from bawling my eyes out by thinking about dead puppies. When people say "dead puppies" I laugh. I love animals. I really do, and doggies are so sweet. I don't want them to die. but LOL
One time when I opened my grandmother's bedroom door I saw Meg Visbeen who I hadn't seen in 2 years!!
I peed a little while in the processional line waiting to walk outside.
I couldn't look around while walking down the aisle, and I could barely look up at Sean. It was so hard not to cry, but I kept it down so not to mess up my make up.
The ceremony was wonderful. I remember it all, particularly the bee that was on Dr. Mosser's glasses the entire time he officiated. It made me laugh so much. I also had a hard time keeping my hair out of my mouth. That made things entertaining, but I wasn't able to sing along to worship all that much. I tried looking at Julie from time to time, but she was crying which made me tear up a lot.
When we were saying our vows I couldn't believe it. It took all my strength not to cry, but the rings were the hardest part. I was so excited to put the ring on his finger, and I almost lost my patience. I got shaky and had to fight back giggles.

After everyone went through the greeting line things got stressful fast. Pictures. Pictures. Pictures. People were stressing me out. We were trying to get pictures done as quickly as possible, but that was hard to do with people getting impatient about us arriving at the reception. That's how it works people. End of story.
So we finally got to the reception, and things started rollin'. The food was excellent! I filled my plate and truly pigged out. I had heard that the bride and groom don't usually have a lot of time to eat, and most go without. False. I ate a lot! I was shoveling from my plate while I picked from the appetizer trays on our table. It was delicious.
Then the first dance . . . awkward dancing in circles for 4 minutes. The father daughter dance was more exciting. My dad and I were too busy singing along to remember to dance in rhythm. Hehe. It was fun.
CAKE! Best wedding cake ever, and I'm not just saying that because it was mine. Lizz did a fantastic job, and I couldn't have been more pleased with it. Sean and I were nice to each other and did not make messes on each others faces. I didn't want him to have to clean out his beard, and he didn't want to get cake on my dress. Good call.
The rest of the reception was trying to dance, but failing because there were too many obligation. It was more stressful than enjoyable. I just hope that the people there enjoyed the reception. I hope it was worth the drive for those people who drove up from down state, New Jersey, and Virginia. Everything was beautiful, and looked exactly the way I had imagined it to. The gift table was adorable, and we got some good advice from people in the guest book. A couple of my favs: "Make babies." "Sean, don't screw this up."
There is so much more to tell you about the honeymoon and apartment, but I'm going to give your eyes a break and update you more on that later. It's been a crazy day, and I need to get unpacked!!
Life is about to get really interesting.
