We are finally moving out of our tiny one bedroom apartment and into a more spacious two bedroom two bath apartment! We are so ready for more space.
I'm not so ready for all this packing. A couple months ago I packed up stuff we weren't using and some random things out of the hall closet. Last week I packed up the majority of our clothes, especially the ones we don't use. So, this week I have to pack the rest of it. The majority of what's left to do is pack up the kitchen, the gazillion books we have, and clean up all the dust and hair that gets stuck under and around things. Ew.
I have it all planned out in my head.
Today (Monday) I am going to get the living room packed and ready to go which includes the hall closet and the gazillion books. So far I've packed the novels and my books along with most of what was on the shelves in the hall closet. That's two boxes in all, and I already needed a break.
Tuesday I will probably not pack at all, because I get home at 7:30 and hopefully will be going out with friends. If I don't feel up to going out I will pack the bathroom and maybe the non-apparel items in our bedroom closet.
Wednesday will be the most work. I will wrap up and pack up our kitchen. I might ask a friend to come help.
Thursday night I will pack up the rest of our clothes, saving outfits for Friday-Sunday. I will then put together an overnight bag for us with the essentials for the weekend.
Friday we get the keys! I will come home from work and start moving the lighter boxes over to the apartment. I will have to vacuum and dust the old place too.
Saturday is the big day. We have friends coming to help us move all the furniture, and hopefully we can get the rest of it moved too.
Sunday will hopefully be spent unpacking and making things less cluttered for the arrival of our two beautiful kittens!!!
Monday we get the kittens and life gets better.
YAY!
On a pregnant note:
Nausea is not always all day, but consistently a burden in the evenings. I'm extremely tired always. I have heart burn some days, and when I do it's after every time I eat. Acid reflux is hanging out too. We have our first ultra sound on Wednesday!!! I'm super excited! That will be followed by two different appointments.
I'm wearing pregger pants, and they are fantastic. It doesn't take much to out grow 00petite pants. My mom bought me two pairs of dress pants, and I bought a pair along with a pair of jeans. LOVE my pregger jeans. They fit better than my normal jeans! I mostly hear from people that I'm showing (which I am), but there are few people who still thinks it's just a gut. I think they just secretly wish I get fatter, because I am so skinny. I started showing at least two weeks ago . . . and I've hardly gained any weight. The weight I have gained is NOT in my stomach, if ya know what I mean . . . I'm not showing much, but it's enough to notice. The only time my tummy is bigger than baby is when I'm bloated and gassy! Haha . . . which is often enough.

Ok well this is a long enough post. Back to packing . . .
This is similar to what my new kitchen looks like. Our counter tops and cabinets are darker, and our appliances are all black except for the fridge (I think). I'm very excited about having the island. Definitely more counter space than I have now. I love how it is open to the living room too. The living room is located to the left.
